Applying in hardcopy

If you wish to submit your application in hardcopy, you may download the application form and print it with Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, click here to download the software from Adobe.

Interested applicants can mail or fax the registration to us. We recommend that you fax your application to +65 6794 7518 at your earliest convenience as places for the programmes are on a first-come first-served basis.
