Funding Aid
Financial assistance or Skills Development Fund (SDF) grants are not available for the EMBA programme. However, many participants receive sponsorship or partial funding for their tuition from their employers. We will cooperate with you and your employer's tuition assistance programme to complete any necessary documentation.
SPRING Singapore Advanced Management Programme
Qualifying candidates from Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs), applying to the EMBA and Berkeley-Nanyang Advanced Management Programmes, are eligible for funding under SPRING's Advanced Management Programme. You are eligible for funding under the AMP if your company meets the following criteria:
- You are part of the senior management team of an SME* challenged with managing increasing business complexity, as demonstrated by your company’s size, growth, markets and operations.
SMEs must fulfill criteria (A) and (B), OR (A) and (C)
(A) Size and growth
- At least S$10 million in annual sales turnover#, or
- At least S$5 million in annual sales turnover# and company growth exceeding industry average, or
- At least 50 staff and company growth exceeding industry average
(B) Markets
- Revenue from overseas markets, including sales from non-domestic sources, foreign exports, or sales bound overseas via local intermediary
(C) Operations
- Investments in foreign operations, or
- Multiple establishments^
* SMEs are defined as companies with at least 30% local shareholding, group fixed assets below S$15 million and less than 200 employees # Turnover to include only value added products and services ^ Examples of establishments include outlets, factories, facilities

Furama Ltd Book Prize
Donated in 2008 by Furama Ltd, this donation of $50,000 will be utilized in the following manner.
a. $30,000 will be for an endowed book prize. Proceeds from the $60,000 (inclusive of 1:1 government matching) will be awarded to an outstanding student in the English EMBA programme in Nanyang Business School (NBS)
b. In addition, a one-time term donation of $20,000 in support of the prestigious 2008 ABCC@Nanyang competition was donated
The book prize will be awarded to the EMBA student who achieves the following:

Minimum GPA of 3.3 in a scale of 4.0, and

Best independent project in EM6701 Business Analysis and Application
The book prize will be awarded by Nanyang Business School on recommendations of the Programme Director of the English EMBA Programme and approval from the Dean’s Office. No award will be made unless there are candidates of sufficient merit and there is available distributable income. Income not distributed will be reinvested in the endowed fund.
