Faculty Biographies
Dr. Wee Beng Geok is Associate Professor at the Division of Strategy, Management and Organization, Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University. She teaches Organizational Behavior and Human Capital Management courses in the School’s post graduate and executive education programmes. She is also the Programme Director of the Nanyang Business School's MBA programme for Human Capital ManagementShe is the Director of Asian Business Case Centre (ABCC), a case research and publication centre which she set at the Nanyang Business School in 2000. She has written and published numerous business case studies and have edited and contributed to a book of cases titled: “government linked companies and other organizations in Singapore”. She is currently compiling two other case books for the ABCC casebook series. She has about for 20 years of corporate work experience, holding various management positions in some large Singapore based firms. She is currently a member of the board of directors of Raffles Medical Group Ltd. She also consults for organizations on strategic human resource issues.
