Turning challenges into solutions
We work with your company to turn challenging business issues into educational solutions. Here’s how we do it:
1. Project team & kick-off: The project team consisting of the Programme Director and Programme Manager kick off an exploratory meeting with your management and training team to understand organizational & corporate challenges, training needs and learning objectives, and desired outcomes.
2. Draft proposal: The Programme Director and his team of academics and/or industry experts will use the discussions to develop a draft proposal. This draft proposal lays the framework for further discussions with your training team.
3. Programme development: Once the draft proposal is finalised, our project team will start developing the programme content. This includes case studies, lecture materials, assessment tools as well as plan for group projects and presentations. We’ll customise the programme to suit various learning levels of the audience.
4. Programme delivery: The final programmes can be delivered at the University Campus's Nanyang Executive Centre, your company's office or at a location/hotel chosen by you. All aspects of administrative and logistics matters will be managed by a Programme Executive dedicated to ensure the smooth operations of the programme.
Programme feedback
At the end of the programme, we will collect feedback from the participants on contents, learning methodology, and instructor performance, and compile it into an evaluation report to be shared with your company.
The feedback will also form the basis to discuss how we can further enhance and refine the programme content.
We can also help to implement the action learning plans from the programme to address the business challenges in your company faces.
