The Nanyang Executive MBA Programme is designed for experienced professionals and entrepreneurs who wish to pursue a graduate management degree without interrupting their careers. The programme is uniquely tailored for experienced executives who seek current and actionable insights, focusing on best practices in leadership, strategic planning and management for the regional and global environment. It offers a practical focus, drawing on the latest research and application of leading business practices in a variety of organizational settings

Participants will be able to:

  • Learn how to become a successful enterprise in a globalized world where Asia is the center of economic gravity;
  • Gain maximum benefit from shared experiences;
  • Benchmark progress and exchange best practices;
  • Gain the necessary knowledge and access the best resources available to help them break out of their local environment and expand their operations globally; and
  • Learn how SMEs can overcome specific challenges that they face while competing and succeeding in the Asian Century.

In this unique collaboration between the Nanyang Business School, NTU, and SPRING Singapore, NBS plans to offer the following elective courses in the following areas:

Programme Fee

The total programme fee is SGD$27,000 per participant (excludes prevailing GST) after funding support from SPRING Singapore. It covers tuition, most teaching materials and meals when classes are in session. All other expenses, including accommodation, travel and personal expenses will be borne by the participant.

Admission Requirements

We seek a diverse class from across different professions and cultures so that our participants will maximize their learning. Applicants need to possess:

  • A good Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in any discipline;
  • Minimum of 8 years or more of full time work experience, with significant managerial responsibilities
  • Proficiency in English

You are eligible for funding under the AMP if your company meets the following criteria:

  • You are part of the senior management team of an SME* challenged with managing increasing business complexity, as demonstrated by your company’s size, growth, markets and operations.

SMEs must fulfill criteria (A) and (B),  OR  (A) and (C)

(A) Size and growth

  • At least S$10 million in annual sales turnover#, or
  • At least S$5 million in annual sales turnover# and company growth exceeding industry average, or
  • At least 50 staff and company growth exceeding industry average

(B) Markets

  • Revenue from overseas markets, including sales from non-domestic sources, foreign exports, or sales bound overseas via local intermediary

(C) Operations

  • Investments in foreign operations, or
  • Multiple establishments^

* SMEs are defined as companies with at least 30% local shareholding, group fixed assets below S$15 million and less than 200 employees
# Turnover to include only value added products and services
^ Examples of establishments include outlets, factories, facilities
