This is an independent study course whereby participants examine how business strategies and management tools can be applied to their businesses to enhance the organisation’s competitiveness. The focus is on the application of best business practices in a variety of organisational settings. This practically oriented course allows for immediate integration of knowledge learned into creative solutions for actual business problems.
