Mr Tham Sai Choy is the Managing Partner of KPMG in Singapore, Chairman of KPMG in the Asia Pacific, and a member of KPMG’s Global Board and Executive Committee.

Prior to his appointment in October 2010 to helm KPMG’s Singapore operations, Mr Tham was the company’s regional audit leader for the Asia-Pacific. He has previously held various leadership roles for work relating to capital markets, restructuring and corporate governance.

Outside KPMG, Mr Tham is the Chairman of the Financial Reporting Committee of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He is a board member of the Housing Development Board and the Singapore Accountancy Commission.

Mr Tham earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Leeds. On graduation, he stayed on in the United Kingdom, where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and the Singapore Institute of Directors.​​​
