The first of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region, the Human Resource Consulting (HRC) specialisation equips students with the ability to understand how business works and provide human resource solutions to help the business succeed.
The curriculum adopts a good mix of theories, practice, software and tools to give students a solid grounding in human resource practices. Students are well-prepared for roles in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and management, training and development as well as consultancy. Strengthening students’ soft skills is one of the key strengths of the HRC specialisation as HRC students hone their skills in creativity, communication, persuasion and collaboration.
As workplace transformation continues with further technological disruptions, digital literacy courses which are compulsory for all HRC students will prepare them to better support organisations’ strategic business models.
