Management Development Programme @ Nanyang

The Management Development Programme @ Nanyang is designed to offer practical problem solving toolkits for all functional areas such as marketing, finance, operations and human resources.
 
As managers develop in their careers, they need to complement their existing specialist and functional skills with the ability to lead, coach, motivate, and integrate the efforts of others. The people pillar of the programme is designed to empower managers with a better awareness of themselves and their team members in order to lead and manage teams more effectively to achieve greater synergies and performance.

 
The business management segment on the other hand provides an overview of the competitive advantage, marketing, operations management and financial concepts. These will equip managers with the knowledge and tools to better understand the key dynamics affecting an organisation's performance and appreciate their role in contributing towards the market success, financial health and profitability of the organisation. Participants will be encouraged to view their roles in the context of the organisation's strategy and growth goals, helping to forge the connections between their own daily priorities and the overall corporate mission and strategy.

  • Participants may choose to stagger the programme by enrolling in the Business Pillar in one cohort and the People Pillar in another. They are given one year to complete the programme.
  • ​Registration for the Business Simulation Module is only open to participants who have completed both the Business and People Pillars.
