General Questions
  1. How do I apply for a programme?

    To apply, click on the "Apply Now" button located at the bottom of each programme page. All applications are to be submitted online. To ensure a place in the programme, participants are encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible.

  2. Where are the classes conducted?

    Open Enrolment Programmes are held either at hotels or at NTU facilities in town, easily accessible by MRT.
  3. What happens if I miss a class?

    In case you miss a class, you may attend a subsequent class or intake, subject to the availability of seats.
  4. Do overseas participants pay GST?

    Yes, a 7% GST is applicable for all participants (including overseas participants).
  5. Is there accommodation arranged for overseas participants?

    Participants may choose to stay at Nanyang Executive Guest House (accommodation is chargeable) within the University. To learn more about Nanyang Executive Guest House please visit our website.
  6. Can credits be transferred to an academic programme like MBA or EMBA?

    Currently our executive education programmes cannot be transferred to any academic programmes.
  7. How do I qualify as an NBS Associate Alumni?

    To qualify as an NBS associate Alumni the duration of the executive programme attended by a participant must be 5 days or more in Singapore.

    - NTU Library Graduate Membership

  8. Can an open enrolment programme be customized?

    Yes, we can tailor any of our open enrolment programmes to your organisation’s needs and objectives.


Payment, Discounts and Cancellation Policies
  1. Payment

    Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, prior to the programme start date. The invoice will contain the payment instructions. Nanyang Business School accepts payment by both cheque and bank wire transfer.
  2. Taxes

    Programme fees shall be free of deduction and charges, including but not limited to withholding taxes.

  4. Cancellation, Postponement & Substitute

    All requests for cancellation, postponement of participation and substitution must be submitted in writing.

    Assigned substitute participants must be suitably qualified to replace participants who are unable to attend. Should a participant reschedule to a later class which has a new expanded curriculum and fee structure. The new fee shall apply and the participant will have to top up the difference.
