Payment, Discounts and Cancellation Policies

Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice prior to the programme start date. The invoice will contain specific payment instructions. Nanyang Business School accepts payment by cheque and bank wire transfer.
Programme fees shall be free of deduction and charges, including but not limited to withholding taxes.

​Early registration ​10% ​​​Application submitted 45 days or earlier, prior to start of programme.
​Group registration ​15% Corporate: Minimum of three participants for one programme OR
Individuals: Applicable on the third and subsequent programmes, within one calendar year.
​NTU Alumni ​20% ​Please indicate your alumni status in your registration, and we will advise and confirm on your eligibility.
*Note: Only one discount scheme is applicable at any one time
Cancellation, Postponement & Substitute:
All requests for cancellation, postponement of participation and substitution must be submitted in writing.

Assigned substitute participant must be suitably qualified to replace participants who are unable to attend. Should a participant reschedule to a later class that has a new expanded curriculum and fee structure, the new fee shall apply and participant will have to top up the difference.
