On 26th December 2017, Assoc Prof Low Buen Sin (Associate Dean, China Programmes and Executive Programmes) and Mr Shen Bin (CEO, S-Park China) signed an agreement in NBS to design and deliver CEO programmes on leadership. Under this agreement, NBS will provide training for CEOs and executives of China’s major industrial parks on leadership and management skills.

Assoc Prof Low Buen Sin said, “With the industrial restructuring and upgrading, as well as development of smart cities, park design and management in Singapore has undergone various innovative transformations. I strongly believe CEOs and executives from China will have new inspiration from the Singapore segment.”

S-Park China is a think tank which focuses on policy, development, planning and operations of industrial parks in China. “With the combination of our best faculty in park management and NBS’s outstanding management training experience and academic resources, we believe it will be a top-notch learning experience for China’s park professionals,” said Mr Ge Peijian, Dean of S-Park China.
