Academics: Expanding multi-lateral cooperation, One Belt One Road should include participation of US, Japan and India

NBS’ Centre for RMB Internationalisation Studies and the Centre of Excellence (International Trading) held a forum on "Global China, Global Effects" on 13 Jan. Assoc Prof Li Mingjiang from the RSIS said the stability in ASEAN countries and a certain extent of geopolitical competition in Asia will speed up the implementation of China’s One Belt One Road strategy. He also said the initiative should include the participation of large economies like the United States, India and Japan for greater success.
